The City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, Counties of Wright and Stearns, does hereby amend the City Code.
The general purpose of amending the City of Clearwater City Code is to amend recycling and garbage rates as follows:
Recycling
$4.00 Per Month
Refuse
$10.75 38 Gallon Can / Monthly
$11.75 65 Gallon Can / Monthly
$12.75 95 Gallon Can / Monthly
