Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday June 23, 2014 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:
7:00 p.m.: R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc. IUP Request for Mining Sand for the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County. R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc., applicant and Joseph & Elizabeth Piccolo, owners, have submitted an application to amend the construction end date of their interim use permit to mine sand for fill on the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County located on the property at 18871 95th Street, in Becker Township.
7:01 p.m.: R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc. IUP Request for Mining Sand for the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County. R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc., applicant and Thomas Tallakson, owner, have submitted an application to amend the construction end date of their interim use permit to mine out sand for fill on the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County located on the property identified as Parcel 05-114-3200 located Northwest of the intersection of 177th Avenue and 97th Street in Becker Township.
7:02 p.m.: R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc. IUP Request for Mining Sand for the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County. R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc., applicant and Wallace and Norma Anderson, owners, have submitted an application to amend the construction end date of their interim use permit to mine out sand for fill on the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County located on the property at 10011 173rd Avenue SE, in Becker Township.
7:03 p.m.: R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc. IUP Request for Mining Sand for the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County. R. L. Larson Excavating, Inc., applicant and Douglas & Lisa Miner, owners, have submitted an application to amend the construction end date of their interim use permit to mine out sand for fill on the County Road 4 project with Sherburne County located on the property at 18876 97th Street SE, in Becker Township.
