NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated May 30, 2006, executed by Alfred Lange Jr. and Shawn Lange, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to TCF National Bank, a national banking association, as mortgagee, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sherburne County, Minnesota, on June 12, 2006, as Document No. 623685, which mortgage conveyed and mortgaged the following described property, situated in the County of Sherburne and State of Minnesota, which property has a street address of 29172 143rd Street Northwest, Zimmerman, Minnesota 55398, and tax identification number 015340140:
