City of Becker Ordinance No. 205, 2nd Series
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5, SECTION 5.20
The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.
Chapter 5, Alcohol Beverages Licensing and Regulation
Section 5.20. Restrictions on Issuance
This ordinance eliminates the 500 feet distance requirement between a licensed liquor establishments and schools and churches.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
