Sherburne County Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sherburne County Board of Adjustment will meet at 6:00 P.M. March 11, 2021 at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota to consider the following applications. A hearing will not begin before the time set.

In response to COVID-19, we will continue to practice social distancing at our Board of Adjustment Meeting. The board room will be set up with 6’ between chairs for our board members, applicants and residents that wish to comment. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the building. Depending on the amount of people in attendance you may be asked to wait in the hall outside the room until your particular hearing. Thank you for your understanding during this time. Public comments may be submitted in writing in one of the following manners:

1. You may submit written testimony by emailing Addison March at

Addison.March@co.sherburne.mn.us by 10:00 a.m. March 11, 2021.

2. You may submit written testimony to the Sherburne County Planning & Zoning Office, Attn: Addison March, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Mn 55330, and the Planning & Zoning Office must receive those comments by March 11, 2021.

3. If you wish to make a virtual comment during the public hearing, please call the Planning & Zoning Office at 763-765-4450 by 9:00 a.m. on March 10, 2021 for WebEx meeting information.
