NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will consider amending the County’s Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Low Interest Loan Program Ordinance to allow small businesses to apply for low interest loans from the County to assist in financing the repair or replacement of failing septic systems. The proposed Ordinance will be considered during the County Board meeting on Tuesday March 2, 2021, as soon as possible after 9:00 a.m., in the County Board Room at the Sherburne County Government Center, 138890 Business Center Drive, Elk River, MN 55330. A copy of the proposed Ordinance will be

available for inspection in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department, at the Sherburne County Government Center, during normal County business hours.
