NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will consider adopting an Ordinance to establish a program for providing low interest loans from the County to residential property owners who are in violation of the County’s Solid Waste Management Ordinance to assist in financing the cleanup and removal of solid waste. The proposed Ordinance will be considered during the County Board meeting on Tuesday March 2, 2021, as soon as possible after 9:00 a.m., in the County Board Room at the Sherburne County Government Center, 138890 Business Center Drive, Elk River, MN 55330. A copy of the proposed Ordinance will be available for inspection in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department, at the Sherburne County Government Center, during normal County business hours.
