Burandt/Dolan were unanimous to approve Regional Rail Minutes: January 5, 2021.

2022 Master Funding & Annual Operating Grant Agreement of the Northstar Link Commuter Bus.

Dolan/Burandt were unanimous to table the 2022-2026 Master Funding Agreement with Hennepin RRA, Stearns RRA and St. Cloud Metro Transit for the Northstar Link Commuter Bus Service and approved the Annual Operating Grant Agreement with St. Cloud Metro Transit for the 2022 Northstar Link Commuter Bus Service. (On file.) Term of the Master Funding Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2022 and terminate on December 31, 2026. Total authorized funding amount of $42,449.00, pending County Attorney approval.

At 10:26am the Chair adjourned the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.
