The Chair Opened the Community Health Board Meeting. Commissioner Burandt was absent.
Dolan/Schmiesing unanimous to approve with a 4-0 vote the Community Health Board Meeting proposed agenda.

Amendment # 2 for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant Project Agreement Between the Minnesota Department of Health and the Sherburne County Community Health Board (SWIFT Contract #161310).

Community Health Services Administrator's Bi-monthly Report.

CHS Administrator Nicole Ruhoff provided the Board with the Community Health Services Administrator's bi-monthly report. Highlighted areas of the report were updates on the Public Health Division & Unit, COVID statistics and vaccine statistics.
The Chair adjourned the Community Health Board Meeting at 12:15pm.
