2022 Master Funding & Annual Operating Grant Agreement of the Northstar Link Commuter Bus.

The board and staff discussed the 2022-2026 Master Funding Agreement with Hennepin RRA, Stearns RRA and St. Cloud Metro Transit for the Northstar Link Commuter Bus Service and the Annual Operating Grant Agreement with St. Cloud Metro Transit for the 2022 Northstar Link Commuter Bus Service. Staff highlighted changes from the previous agreement and suggested possible modifications to be discussed with the St. Cloud Metro Transit. Commissioner Schmiesing requested a workshop on the item for a future meeting.

At 10:35am the Chair adjourned the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.
