Received an Update from the Community Corrections Department on programs and activities. Community Corrections Director J. Hancuch presented on Corrections Delivery Systems and what is to come in 2021 for Community Corrections. Community Corrections Supervisor Corey Mabis-Rowe presented on Evidence Based Practices and Adult Supervision. Community Corrections Supervisor Bobbie Shafer presented on Adult Pretrial, Juvenile Unit, Diversion Program, Juvenile & Adult Restitution Reimbursement Program, and Drug/Alcohol Testing for Juvenile and Adults. Office Supervisor Nicole Brummer was also present.

Potential Ordinance Updates and Revisions Related to the Structure and Operation of the Board of Adjustment. Planning & Zoning

Nancy Riddle, Planning & Zoning Administrator

Discussed potential Ordinance updates and revisions related to the structure and operation of the Sherburne County Board of Adjustment. Zoning Administrator Nancy Riddle provided the Board with edited ordinance options for the Board to review. A consensus of revisions was met and will come back to the Board at an April workshop.
