- Approved to authorize moving three Part-Time Public Health Staff to Full-Time (Temporary Increase). Increase not to exceed the amount of $37,579.00. It is anticipated at least of portion of this additional expense will be eligible for grant funding and/or reimbursement from available federal and state COVID-19 response funds.
Community Health Board Regular Agenda
Consider Appointment of New Community Health Services Administrator.

- Schmiesing/Fobbe unanimous to approve the appointment of Nicole A. Ruhoff as the new Sherburne County Community Health Services Administrator and designate the same as the Board’s agent, as per Minnesota Statute 145A.04, Subd. 2, effective January 19, 2021.
COVID-19 Update and County Response and CHS Administrator’s Report
Amanda Larson, Bruce Messelt, County Administrator, Dan Weber, Assistant County Administrator
- HHS Director Amanda Larson provided the Board with an update on COVID-19 vaccines and vaccination clinics, dispensary phases, and updates on who can get vaccinated under the updated phases. Assistant County Administrator updated the Board on the Business Relief Funding and its distribution efforts.
The Chair adjourned the Community Health Board Meeting at 10:40am.
