At 9:48 the Chair opened the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Meeting.

Dolan/Burandt unanimous to approve January 8, 2019 HRA Annual Meeting minutes as presented.

Election of HRA Officers         Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

Dolan/Fobbe unanimous to declare the 2020 Chair and Vice-Chair for the HRA to be the same as the County Board.

2020 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Schedule      Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

Dolan/Danielowski unanimous to set the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting schedule for 2020 to coincide with the Sherburne County Board Meetings.

Set the next Annual Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting  Administration

Bruce Messelt, County Administrator

Dolan/Fobbe unanimous to set the next Annual Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting for January 5th, 2021.

 At 9:51am the Chair adjourned the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Meeting.
