At 9:16am the Chair opened the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.
Annual Northstar Operations Update from the Metropolitan Council. Public Works
Andrew Witter, Public Works Department Head
Northstar Rail staff Ed Petrie Director of Finance and Anthony Hebert Director of Commuter Rail were present via WebEx and presented a Metropolitan Council NorthStar Commuter Rail update. Highlighted tops were updates on operations, 2019 final results, 2020 operations, 2021 annual budget and a ridership update.

Dolan/Fobbe unanimous to approve Regional Rail Meeting Agenda as presented.

2021 Subordinate Funding Agreement with the Metropolitan Council for the Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail. Public Works

Fobbe/Burandt unanimous to approved 2021 Subordinate Funding Agreement with Metropolitan Council for the Northstar Corridor Commuter Rail. Authorized funding amount of $690,090.00.
2021 Master Funding Agreement for Annual Operations of the Northstar Link Commuter Bus. Public Works

Dolan/Danielowski unanimous to approve the Master Funding Agreement with St. Cloud Metro Transit for the 2021 Northstar Link commuter bus service. Total amount of authorized funding $39,081.00. Funds to be utilized for the Commuter Bus Service for calendar year 2021. (On file.)
2021 Regional Rail Authority Levy. Administration

Schmiesing/Fobbe unanimous to approve Resolution 121520-RRA-51 certifying the 2021 Property Tax Levy for the Regional Rail Authority at $0.
At 9:45am the Chair adjourned the Regional Rail Authority Meeting.
