BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES. The City of Clear Lake is requesting proposals to provide building official/inspector duties and related services to the City. NOTICE OF FILING FOR TOWN OFFICES TO BE ELECTED
BECKER TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given that a town election will be held in the Township of Becker, Sherburne County, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 12th day of March 2019.
The first day for filing affidavits of candidacy will be Tuesday, the 2nd day of January, 2019 and the last day will be Tuesday, the 15th day of January, 2019, at 5:00 p.m.
Filings may be made with Clerk Lucinda Messman at the Becker Township Hall, 763-261-5301 during regular hours or call for appointment. Town hall will be open from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
The following terms will be expiring:
Supervisor, Seat #3 – for the term of three (3) years
Filing fee is $2.00.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5: DEFINITIONS, SECTION 7: AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, SECTION 7:
GENERAL RURAL DISTRICT, SECTION 11: INDUSTRIAL ONE, AND SECTION 20, ADMINISTRATION OF THE
BECKER JOINT PLANNING BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE
The following official summary of the amendments listed in Ordinance 2018-01 has been approved by the Joint Planning Board of the Town of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance.
Town of Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance
The Becker Joint Planning Board does hereby amend the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. Section 5, Definitions, Lean-to and Occasional Special Event shall be added, Residence, Temporary shall be deleted, and Temporary Residence shall be amended
2. Section 7, Agricultural District, Subdivision 7.02, Permitted Uses and Subdivision 7.03, Conditional Uses shall be amended
3. Section 7, Agricultural District, Subdivision 7.07 Dimensional Regulations shall be amended
4. Section 8, General Rural District, Subdivision 8.02, Permitted Uses and Subdivision 8.03, Conditional Uses shall be amended
5. Section 8, General Rural District, Subdivision 8.06 Dimensional Regulations shall be amended
6. Section 11, Industrial 1, Subdivision 11.06, Dimensional Regulations shall be amended
7. Section 16, General Performance Standards, Item 1, Accessory Structures shall be amended
8. Section 20, Administration, Subdivision 20.07, Land Use Permits shall be amended
