Filing Notice
Notice is hereby given that qualified voters of Clear Lake Township who wish to be candidates for office in Clear Lake Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota, must file an Affidavit of Candidacy with the Township Clerk.
Filing for office will be held for a two week period beginning Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at 8:00 am and closing Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 5:00 pm. Affidavits of Candidacy forms are located on the website: http://www.sos.state.mn.us/election-administration-cam paigns/become-a-candidate/
or a form can be mailed to you by calling the Township Clerk at (320) 743-2472 or emailing the Township Clerk at: clearlaketwp@hotmail.com. The filing fee is $2.00.
Completed Affidavits of Candidacy must be mailed to: Clear Lake Township, P.O. Box 305, Clear Lake, MN 55319 by January 15, 2019.
Office subject to election are: one (1) Supervisor for a three (3) year term. The names of candidates properly filed will be printed on the official township ballot for the annual election which will be held at the Clear Lake Township Hall on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 10 AM to 8 PM with the annual meeting following at 8:05 PM.

NOTICE OF TOWN OFFICES TO BE ELECTED
Notice is hereby given that a Town Election will be held in the Township of Palmer, Sherburne County, Minnesota Tuesday, the 12th day of March, 2019.
The first day of filing affidavits of candidacy will be Tuesday, January 1, 2019, and the last day to file will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019, closing time 5:00 p.m.
Filings may be made with Clerk Kelly McCann at the Township Hall, 4180 105th Ave., on Tuesdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or by appointment at 320-250-4943.

FILING NOTICE FOR QUALIFIED VOTERS
IN SANTIAGO TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Santiago Township, Sherburne County, State of Minnesota, that filing for town office will be held for a two week period beginning, Tuesday January 1, 2019.
Affidavits of Candidacy shall be filed by appointment with the town clerk, Kathy Woolard, Affidavits will be accepted from January 1, 2019 through January 15, 2019. The Clerk's Office will be open for filing January 15, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
There will be a $2.00 filing fee.
Offices to be filled at the Annual Election in March are as follows;
1 Supervisor for a three year term
1 Treasurer for a two year term
The clerk’s office, located at 16943 20th St., Santiago, MN. 55377, will be open Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 10 am- 12 pm for the purpose of absentee voting.
