Frontier provides basic residential services for rates from $10.72-$24.01 for flat rate service. Frontier also provides basic business services for rates from $11.51-$45.03. Other taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply. Frontier offers single party service, touch tone, toll blocking, access to long distance, emergency services, operator assistance, and directory assistance. Use of these services may result in additional charges. Budget or economy services also may be available.
Frontier offers Lifeline service which is a nontransferable government assistance program that provides a $9.25 discount on the cost of monthly telephone service or eligible broadband products (where available) and is limited to one discount per household. In addition to Basic Lifeline, individuals living on federally recognized Tribal Lands who meet the eligibility criteria may also qualify for additional monthly discounts through Enhanced Lifeline and up to $100.00 toward installation fees through the Tribal Link-Up program. You may also qualify for an additional state discount where available.

Clear Lake Township Open House
Clear Lake Township residents are invited to an open house at the Clear Lake Township hall located at 8580 Main Avenue. The open house will be held on Tuesday, January 29th, 2019, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Clear Lake Township board members will be sharing the preliminary plans that the Clear Lake Township board has developed to build a new Clear Lake Township hall. This open house is only to share the plans for a new township hall no other business will be discussed. Other township questions or concerns must be presented at a Clear Lake Township board meeting. The board meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month.

City of Clear Lake
Request for Public Comments
The City of Clear Lake is requesting public comments on the potential historic, archeological, and environmental impact associated with the construction of a new drinking water well and wellhouse.
The well is expected to provide 250 gallons of water per minute. The well will be located in the north-west corner of lot 70-018-1200, at the south extent of Moorhouse Avenue off of State Street.
The city intends to finance the project with a Drinking Water Revolving Fund loan. The loan will be jointly administered by the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority.
Comments should be submitted to Kari Mechtel, City Clerk, and must be received by 4:00 PM on February 11th, 2019. The Clear Lake City Hall is located at 7684 1st Avenue West, Clear Lake MN, 55319.
