TO: Voters of the City of Big Lake, Township of Big Lake, Township of Monticello, Township of Becker, City of Otsego, and Township of Silver Creek.
RE: Election of Hospital Board Members of Monticello-Big Lake Community Hospital District.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that an election of Hospital Board members to the Board of Monticello-Big Lake Community Hospital District shall be conducted in conjunction with the General Election on 
Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
THE FOLLOWING SEATS ON THE BOARD ARE UP FOR ELECTION:
One member from the City of Big Lake; 
One member from the Township of Big Lake; 
One member from the Township of Becker;
One member from the Township of Silver Creek;
One member from the City of Otsego;
One member from the Township of Monticello;
Persons elected this year shall be elected for a term of four years, commencing on the first Monday in January 2019 with the exception of the Township of Silver Creek and the City of Big Lake, that shall be two year terms. Persons elected on November 6, 2018, shall be issued a Certificate of Election, and will be required to file an Oath and Acceptance of office in order to qualify for office. 
Any person can file who will be at least 21 years of age on January 1, 2019. Candidates must reside within the city or township which they seek to represent. An “Affidavit for Candidacy” must be filed. This “Affidavit for Candidacy” can be obtained from the Clerk of the City/Township in which he/she resides. Candidate must file with the Clerk of the city/township where he/she resides within the filing period.
Filings open: Tuesday, July 31, 2018 - During normal business office hours.
Filings close: Tuesday, August 14, 2018 - Filings close at normal business office hours.
Deadline for withdrawal from being a candidate once filed is Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
Interested applicants should check with City/Township office for their office hours.
There is no filing fee.

WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Harrison’s Cove Homeowners Association (henceforth the Declaration) dated August 11, 2003 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Sherburne County, Minnesota on August 18, 2003 as Document No. 518022 which said Lien covers the following described property situated in the County of Sherburne and State of Minnesota, to-wit:
