NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Becker Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Becker City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of August, 2018, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to hear all persons present upon the proposed preliminary and final plat of River Bend Third Addition as submitted by, Carl S. Johnson, owner and applicant; for property located west of 150th Avenue and generally north of Jade Street within the River Bend subdivision.

SUMMARY
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2017-01A, ADOPTING THE STATE BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, PERMITS AND REGULATION
The amended ordinance establishes lowest floor elevation and building location verification requirements, both pre- and post-construction.
The Becker Town Board so ordains:
SECTION 1. An Amendment to Town of Becker Ordinance 2017-01A as follows:

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
