Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Town Board will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Board will hold public hearings regarding the following:  

7:10 p.m. Becker Joint Planning Board Floodplain Ordinance  – Proposed language updates and changes throughout the ordinance as recommended by MN DNR.  A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.

7:11 p.m. Right-of-Way Ordinance – proposed language updates and changes to reflect updated Township Standards.  A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.

Anyone interested in this item is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at PO Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:00 p.m. on November 18, 2024.  Thank you.
