Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Clear Lake Township, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 at the Clear Lake Town Hall: 8580 Main Avenue; Clear Lake, MN. In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until Tuesday, March 19th, 2019.

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday March 25th, 2019 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings at this meeting:   
Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Vacation of a Utility / Drainage Easement legally described as The 12 foot drainage and utility over, under and across Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, ENERGY PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The centerline of said easement is the northeasterly line of said Lot 4. Except the Northwesterly 6 feet of said Lots 4 and 5 and except the 10 feet lying west of and adjoining Industrial Avenue of said ENERGY PARK Becker, MN 55308.

2019 SEAL COAT PROJECTS
Clear Lake Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota
Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the bituminous seal coat of three town roads in Clear Lake Township, Sherburne County, will be received by the Clear Lake Township Board of Supervisors at the Clear Lake Township Hall, 8580 Main Avenue, P.O. Box 305, Clear Lake, MN, 55319, until 7:30 P.M., CST, on March 19th, 2019, and then will be opened and publicly read aloud.
General Description
The projects consist of the following major items of work:
Application of:
1,200 gallons of bituminous material for fog seal,
3,000 gallons of bituminous material for seal coat,
And 150 tons of seal coat aggregate, FA 2, Class A.
And other related items of work.
Contract Description
The contract is a unit price contract and is described in the Bid Package.
Project Schedule
All work included in the contract shall be completed within 20 calendar days of date of commencement as stated in the Notice to Proceed.
Project Plans and Documents
The Bid Package as prepared by Clear Lake Township Roads, is on file in the office of said Agency located at 8580 Main Avenue, Clear Lake, Minnesota.
Copies of the Bid Package for use by Contractors in submitting a bid may be obtained from the the QuestCDN web site for a non-refundable fee of $10.00.
The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days of the actual date of opening thereof.

PEER Solutions consultant Greg Vandal met with the Board of Education to finalizing plans to conduct the unfolding superintendent search. 
• The Board established a search committee comprised of Aaron Jurek, Jason Kindred & Lori Molus.  The Board will include staff, administrator, and community member input into the decision-making process. The current job description for the superintendent will be reviewed by the Board and, if necessary, revised. This will be utilized during the search.  The Board asked the consultant to reduce the initial candidate pool to the dozen or so best qualified candidates. 
The timeline for activity was refined. The following benchmark dates were determined: 
• The posting will remain open from December 17 through February 1. 
• Focus group meetings will be held on January 15. 
• Board members will “score” a subset of the applicants from February 7 to February 11.
• The Board Search Committee will examine Board scorecards on February 12. 
• Interviews will be conducted on February 20. 
Finally, the data practices act was reviewed. A reminder was given that only the names of finalists can be made public. All other applicant names must be kept strictly confidential.
