ORDINANCE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 
REGULATIONS – SOLAR ENERGY FARMS AND SYSTEMS
The purpose and intent of this Ordinance is to maintain the City’s attractiveness and to promote the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Clear Lake, by providing regulations by which solar energy farms can be located within the corporate limits of the City.  These regulations are promulgates in order to preserve the value of land and structures within the corporate limits of the City of Clear Lake. Printed copies of the full text of this ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours or on the city website.
This ordinance was passed and the summary thereof approved on the 28th day of March, 2019

THIS MAY AFFECT YOUR 2019 PROPERY TAX PAYMENTS
Notice is hereby given that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township shall meet on April 8, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. At the Santiago Township Hall, 16656- 165th Ave. Santiago, MN.
The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the township has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and also to determine whether corrections need to be made.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your Assessor's office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after conferring with your assessor, you may appear before the Local Board of Equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your Local Board of Appeal and Equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to your County Board of Appeal and Equalization.

The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Palmer Township will meet on April 16, 2019 at the Palmer Town Hall at 9:00 am. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor's office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.
The Palmer Township Board will be conducting the Annual Spring Road Trip on April 16, 2019. This tour of the Township Roads will begin at the Town Hall immediately following the Board of Appeals and Equalization meeting. Anyone with concerns should contact the clerk at 320-743-2100 or by email palmertwp@gmail.com before that date to allow the supervisors to observe the existing conditions at the time of the road trip.

1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you.
