NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings: 
7:01 p.m. Anthony & Tracea Roback, applicants and Robert & Mary Celentano, owners, have submitted a Conditional Use Permit to operate a farm related business on the parcel identified as 05-130-2111, located in Sec.30 T34N R28W, Becker, MN.
7:02 p.m. Craig & Sandra Schwarzkopf applicants/owners have submitted a meets and bounds split application for the property located at 9830 155th Ave SE, Becker, MN.  Parcel ID 05-120-1100.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5: DEFINITIONS
AND SECTIONS 9, 10, 11, AND 12:COMMERCIAL AND
INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS OF THE BECKER JOINT
PLANNING BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE 
The following official summary of the amendments listed in Ordinance 2019-03 has been approved by the Joint Planning Board of the Town of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. 
Town of Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance 
The Becker Joint Planning Board does hereby amend the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. Section 5, Definitions, Backyard Compost Site and Composting and shall be added
2. Sections 9 and 10 - Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial Zoning Districts and Sections 11 and 12 - Industrial 1 and 2 Zoning Districts, subsections related to building design standards shall be amended to clarify standards for buildings in those zoning districts and allow for post-frame construction in the industrial districts
