NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESIGNATE LAND FOR ORDERLY ANNEXATION
The Clearwater City Council and Clearwater Town Board will meet in a joint session at 7 p.m. on June 24, 2019 at Clearwater Town Hall, 15015 State Highway 24, Clearwater Township, Minnesota to consider the adoption of an orderly annexation agreement that will designate the following land for orderly annexation:
All of sections 1, 2, and 3, the north one-half of Section 10, the north one-half of Section 11, and the north one-half of section 12, all such properties being situated in Township 122 North, range 27 West, Township of Clearwater, County of Wright, State of Minnesota;
And
The west ½ of Section 6 and the west ½ of Section 7 lying north of Interstate 94, except lots 7 and 8, block 1, River Ridge Estates, all such property being situated in Township 122 North, Range 26 West, in the Township of Clearwater, County of Wright, State of Minnesota.
The City Council and Town Board will take comment from the public on the proposed orderly annexation agreement at this meeting. All members of the public are welcome to attend.

The default upon which foreclosure is based is the failure to pay the remaining balance of the principal indebtedness, accrued interest, and late charges secured by the mortgage following acceleration pursuant to section 9(a)(i) of the mortgage ("The borrower dies and the Property is not the principal residence of at least one surviving borrower"), in the total amount of $184,912.58 as of March 6, 2019.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted on July 8, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. CDT, at 24990 — 96th Street NW, Zimmerman, MN 55398.
The purchaser at the foreclosure (except the Secretary) shall be required to pay 10% of the the foreclosure purchase price immediately at the time of the foreclosure sale in cash or by cashiers' check payable to the order of the Secretary, and the remaining balance of the foreclosure purchase price shall be paid by the purchaser (except the Secretary) in cash or by cashiers' check payable to the order of the Secretary within 30 days after the foreclosure sale.
The costs to be paid by the purchaser (except the Secretary) upon transfer of title to the property, when the balance of the purchase price is paid within the time limit herein provided, shall include the fee changed by said County Recorder to record the deed, any applicable deed tax and conservation tax, and any costs and expenses incidental to the transfer of the property and recording the deed.
THE RIGHT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.
