Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2019 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a city-initiated ordinance amendment to Section 107.1107 of the Zoning Ordinance. The ordinance amendment will modify the stacking requirements for drive-through facilities depending on the use of the drive-through.
