TWO YEAR SNOW PLOWING AND ICE CONTROL 
SERVICES FOR BECKER TOWNSHIP
Sherburne County, Minnesota
Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for Snow and Ice Control Services for the township roads in the Town of Becker, in Sherburne County, will be received by the Becker Town Clerk at the Becker Township Hall, 12165 Hancock Street SE, P.O. Box 248, Becker, MN, 55308, until 10:00 a.m., CDT on August 19, 2019. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at approximately 7:15 p.m..
The projects consist of snow plowing and sanding roads in Becker Township.  Said bids shall be for furnishing equipment, labor and materials for snow and ice control of all township roads as more thoroughly described in the Snow Plowing and Sanding Bidding Packet.  Copies of the Bid Package for use by Contractors in submitting a bid may be obtained from the Becker Town Clerk phone 763-261-5301, Fax 763-261-5303, email: clerk@beckertownship.org, Becker Township website (www.beckertownship.org), or by visiting Becker Township Hall during office hours or by appointment. 
The bids shall be submitted on the forms provided. 
Bids shall be in a sealed envelope with a statement thereon showing the work covered by the bid.  Bids shall be addressed to:

NOTICE TO CLEAR LAKE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF BIG ELK LAKE
Residents along the roadways in the subdivisions of ELK LAKE PARK, OLSONS LAKEVIEW ADDITIONs and ELK RIDGE are hereby advised that a Seal Coat Application on the roads is tentatively scheduled for the 1st and 2nd of August, 2019, pending weather conditions. Anticipated hours of operation are 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Traffic and parking on the roadways will be restricted during the operations. The project will consist of a chip and seal application followed by a fog seal application.  The fog seal application may require several hours to cure during which time no traffic will be allowed. Residents are cautioned not to track fresh oil on concrete surfaces.

CITY OF CLEARWATER
ORDINANCE NO. 2019-03
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 117,
SECTION 117-1107 OF THE CLEARWATER CITY CODE
RELATED TO DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITY STANDARDS
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendment of the City Code. The text of Section 117.1107 “Drive-Through Facilities” (Zoning Ordinance) of the Clearwater City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 117-1107. Drive-through facilities
Where allowed, drive-through facilities shall comply with the following:
(4). Required Stacking Space.
a. Convenience Food Establishments shall provide stacking space for at least six vehicles per drive-through lane. Stacking spaces are measured from the last pick-up station, window, or the like.
b. Banks shall provide stacking space for at least four vehicles per drive-through lane. Stacking spaces are measured from the last pick-up station, window, or the like.
c. Pharmacies shall provide stacking space for at least three vehicles per drive- through lane stacking spaces are measured from the last pick up station, window, or the like.
d. Stacking spaces for all other uses shall be determined by the zoning administrator.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication in summary form in the City's official newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Clearwater, Minnesota, this 15th day of July 2019.

On Friday August 2nd at 9:00 in the morning, the contents will be forfeited and liquidated on a public online auction sold to the highest bidder unless the balance is paid in full. Monies received to AMS Storage from the sale will be applied to the owing balance. Any monies remaining thereafter will be obtained in Small Claims Court.
