CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:   

Approximately 6:00 p.m.: Public Hearing for a Salon Home Occupation. Owner and applicant, Jeannine Behrenbrinker, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 10110 18th Ave SE and legally described as: Lot 2, Block 6, Autumn Ridge, Sherburne County, Minnesota in order to operate a salon home occupation from the above described property in the City of Becker. 

Following 6:00 p.m. hearing: Public Hearing for a Gutter Installation Home Occupation.Owner and applicant, Chris Bohn, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 13705 Parkview Dr. SE and legally described as: Lot 16, Block 2, Pebble Creek West, Sherburne County, Minnesota in order to operate a gutter installation home occupation from the above described property in the City of Becker. 

Following above public hearing: Public Hearing for City Code Chapter 4 Amendmentsto the City of Becker construction licensing, permits, and regulation ordinance Chapter 4. 

Following above public hearing: Public Hearing for City Code Chapter 11 Amendmentsto the City of Becker pools performance standards regarding administrative permit requirements and fencing requirements.
