CITY OF CLEARWATER NOTICE OF PUBLIC 

HEARING FOR A RIGHT 

OF WAY VACATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearwater City Council will hold a public hearing on Sept. 9, 2019 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request to vacate public right of way located adjacent to the properties of 405 Overlook Circle, 205 Bluff Street, & 105 Bluff Street. 

All pertinent information is on file & available for public viewing at Clearwater City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing & be heard on the matter, or to submit written materials prior to the meeting. 

All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.
