This ordinance revises the formatting and phrasing of the Chapter, revises the size of accessory structures exempt from building permits from 120 sq. ft. to 200 sq. ft., and revises the height of fences exempt from building permitting from six (6) feet to (7) feet. Additionally, this ordinance amends Grading Escrow requirements, revises applications qualifying for administrative review to include detached decks under thirty (30) inches, and removes the requirement for public education regarding Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
