CITY OF CLEARWATER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR T.O. PLASTICS

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 8, 2019 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by T.O. Plastics. The request is for a Conditional Use Permit and variance to allow an off-site parking lot with reduced rear yard and side yard parking setbacks at 420 Walnut Street S. and the two adjacent properties to the south (PID 104011001010, 104011001020, 104011001030).
