CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-12

The City received a property owner submitted Petition for Annexation for Parcel Numbers 10-121-3201 and 10-121-3202. The land meets all requirements of MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 2(3), and the landowner and all adjacent landowners received notice of the required public hearing pursuant to MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 13. The Big Lake City Council has approved an Annexation by Ordinance pursuant to MN Statutes 414.033, Subdivision 2(3). A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 27th day of November, 2023.
