The subject property is ID # 19.10377.0004 described as 20-122-27 5.02A P/O W 548’ OF E 1162’ OF N 1013’ OF S2SE4 which lies S OF FDL: BEG AT PT OF INT E LN & S LN OF N 617’-W 1088.70’-NWLY 28D TO RIGHT 82.64’ TO W LN OF E 1162’ & TERM, Section 20, Township 122, Range 27, with a property address of 723 Cascade Rd, South Haven, MN 55382.
