The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools, was called to order on March 23, 2023.

specialist for the 2023-2024 school year.

WRIGHT TECH CENTER LTFM RESOLUTION A motion passed to approve the following resolution: RESOLUTION WRIGHT TECHNICAL CENTER’S LONG-TERM FACILITY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING THE INCLUSION OF A PROPORTIONATE SHARE OF THOSE PROJECTS IN THE DISTRICT’S APPLICATION FOR LONG-TERM FACILITY MAINTENANCE REVENUE

NON-RENEWAL OF TEACHING CONTRACTS A motion passed to approve the following resolution: RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE TERMINATION AND NONRENEWAL OF THE TEACHING CONTRACTS OF PROBATIONARY CERTIFIED STAFF

LEVEL III GRIEVANCE A motion passed to approve the recommendation of the committee to deny the grievance.

COMMITTEE UPDATES Policy—continued reviewing policies. Next meeting Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the District Office Teaching and Learning Room.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT The April 13, 2023 Work Session has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Middle School Student Center. The May 11, 2023 Work Session has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the Middle School Student Center. Finance committee meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the District Office Teaching and Learning Room.
