NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS 

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the council chambers at Clearwater City Hall, 605 County Rd 75 NW, Clearwater, MN 55320, to consider vacating two drainage and utility easements which currently encumber the property owned by Kwik Trip, Inc. located at Wright County PID 104-500-031402. The petitioning property owner has requested that said drainage and utility easements, recorded with the Office of the Wright County Recorder as Document Numbers 960696 and 1345541, be vacated so that new easements can be dedicated in a plat which is currently pending city review.  Persons wishing to comment on this item may do so during the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted in writing prior to the meeting date.
