BECKER TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF ROAD ALTERATION HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town Board of Becker Township, Sherburne County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 22nd day of April, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of 87th Street and 185th Avenue/CR 93 for the purpose of examining the road and considering whether to change jurisdiction from the County to the Township.  The public hearing will be held at 8792 185th Avenue SE, roadside.  Immediately following the meeting at the road, the meeting will recess and move to the Becker Township Hall at 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, MN. At that portion of the meeting, the Town Board will receive public comment, consider the requested action, and act upon the order.

 The proposed road alteration is currently described as:

 Those parts of County Road 93 lying north of County Road 4 and south of County Road 16.

 All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
