Proposals for Court-Appointed Legal Services 

December 2023 - Sherburne County is soliciting proposals for Court-ordered legal representation services, including for actions involving Children’s Services (CHIPs & TPR), and Adult Mental Health Commitment Services and Paternity/Contempt Services (Child Support). The attorney services will include providing legal representation for parties involved in the assigned case type. Representation shall include district court and appellate court representation. The Attorney shall perform all services that an attorney would be expected to perform if privately retained by the individual represented.
