NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Rademacher Addition in the City of Becker, Sherburne County, Minnesota – Grant Rademacher, of Rademacher Companies, Inc., and Howie Zimmer, of Top 4, Inc., have submitted an application to replat multiple properties including those currently identified as parcel numbers 60-00404-0410, 60-00404-0420, 60-00404-0430, 60-00404-0350, 60-00404-0370 and lands legally described as:

All of Lots 10 and 11, all in Block 3, Fridley’s Second Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Sherburne County, EXCEPT that part of Lots 10 and 11 taken for Highway purposes.
