AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IDENTIFIED BY PARCEL I.D.s 05-00009-4306 AND 05-00016-1205 FROM AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRIAL I TO INDUSTRIAL II
The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:
Section 1.
The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:
Parcel 1:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 33, Range
28, Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block I, Hegge Industrial Park, according to the duly
recorded plat thereof; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West, parallel to the East
line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 366.00 feet; thence South
89 degrees 53 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 66.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00
minutes 21 seconds West, a distance of 310.95 feet; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 24
seconds West, a distance of 198.81 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West, a
distance of 300.00 feet to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds East along said North line, a distance of 664.81
feet to the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 00
degrees 00 minutes 21 seconds West, along the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, a distance of 97 5 .4 3 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said
Hegge Industrial Park; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 22 seconds West, along the North
line of Block 1, said Hegge Industrial Park, a distance of 400.00 feet to the point of beginning,
according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Sherburne County,
Minnesota.

The East 200 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 33,
Range 28, lying South of the Southerly right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe
Railroad, according to the United States Government Survey thereof and situate in Sherburne
County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the following described property: That part of the Southwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 33, Range
28 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows: A
25 foot wide strip of land, lying Southwesterly of and being coincident with the following
described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 9; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds East, along the
Southerly line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9, for a distance
of 1,312.85 feet to the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 9; thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 39 seconds East, along the Easterly line of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9, for a distance of 359.01 feet to a
point of intersection with the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern Santa
Fe Railway Company, said right-of-way line being 50.00 feet Southwesterly of the centerline of
the existing Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company railroad track and the true point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence North 48 degrees 08 minutes 15 seconds West along
said right-of-way line, for a distance of 265.95 feet to a point of intersection with the Westerly
line of the East 200.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9,
said line there terminating. The Southwesterly line of said strip shall be lengthened or shorted as
necessary to intersect the Easterly line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 9 on the East and to interest the Westerly line of the East 200.00 feet of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 9 on the West.
Shall be rezoned from Agriculture and Industrial One to Industrial Two.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.
