NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:    

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for an Interim Use Permit for Open outdoor sales to be located at 12908 1st Street SE.  Applicant, McKenzie Kack, Owner, Kyle Haller submitted an application for an interim use permit for Open outdoor sales on the property located at 12908 1st Street SE, currently identified as PID #60-00465-0115 

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Austin Petersen at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to apetersen@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. January 27, 2025.
