NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings beginning at 7:01 pm and following:
Public hearing for Rezoning Application Owner STORE Master Funding XII, LLC; and Applicant Mike1754 LLC The owners/applicants have submitted a Rezoning Application to rezone the land for parcels 05-00016-1205 located in Section 16, Township 33N, Range 28W currently Industrial I as Industrial II and parcel 05-00009-4309 located in Section 9, Township 33N, Range 28W currently Agriculture District as Industrial II.
Public hearing for Conditional Use Permit Application Owner STORE Master Funding XII, LLC; and Applicant Mike1754 LLC. The owners/applicants have submitted a Conditional Use permit application to operate a truck transfer warehouse facility with outdoor storage on the land for parcels 05-00016-1205 located in Section 16, Township 33N, Range 28W and 05-00009-4309 located in Section 9, Township 33N, Range 28W.
Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend in person or via zoom to comment at the Public Hearings.
