AN ORDINANCE ADDING CANNABIS REGULATIONS 

TO CHAPTER 11 LAND USE

REGULATIONS ( ZONING) OF THE CITY OF 

BECKER CODE BY ADDING SECTION 11.76 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulations ( Zoning)

New) Section 11.76 CANNABIS USE REGULATIONS

This ordinance incorporates cannabis use regulations as a result of new legislative language allowing for such use under Minnesota Statute 342. Additionally, the ordinance establishes new additional zoning requirements and establishes which districts cannabis uses are allowed in.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
