NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SMITH ADDITION
You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Big Lake, Minnesota will hold a public hearing to consider the preliminary plat of Smith Addition. The request by the Big Lake Economic Development Authority (BLEDA) is to preliminary plat property to accommodate the development of a potential future city hall facility. The public hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North, Big Lake MN on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter.

Location: East of the intersection of Minnesota Ave. and CR 43, Big Lake, MN
PID / Legal: 65-00020-2400/Section 20, Township 33N, Range 27W
Both oral and written comments will be considered by the Big Lake City Council. If you desire to be heard in reference to this matter, you should attend this hearing or submit written comments prior to the hearing.
