AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 2.19 OF CHAPTER 2 

IN CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR FEES RELATED TO MISCELLANEOUS FEES, UTILITY RELATED FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES. 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

This ordinance revises the City Fee Schedule in the City of Becker Code Book to clarify language for violations of the lawn irrigation ordinance; add fees for conditional use permit for planned unit developments, outdoor entertainment/special events and septic construction and operating permits; increase fees for a permanent sign and over the counter permits; change the fee structure for mechanical and plumbing fees from a per fixture rate to a flat rate; and increase water and sewer rate charges and monthly meter fees for 2024. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
