AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 2.19 OF CHAPTER 2 

IN CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR FEES RELATED TO LAND USE/ ADMINISTRATIVE/ BUILDING PERMIT 

RELATED FEES 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments. 

Chapter 2, Administration and General Government 

Section 2.19 REVENUE AND FINANCE 

Subd. 2. Fees Relating to Licensing, Administrative Citations, Miscellaneous, Property, Utilities and Services. 

C. Property Related Fees

This ordinance revises the City Fee Schedule in the City of Becker Code Book to allow the City to invoice applicants of industrial and commercial permits for services provided by outside consultants, including engineering and legal, for review of land use, administrative, and building permits. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
