An Ordinance Rezoning Property from Agriculture (AG) to Commercial (COM)

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

Section 1.

The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map shall be amended as follows:

Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway Plaza, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the

office of the County Recorder, Sherburne County, Minnesota; AND that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 33, Range 28, in said Sherburne County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the railroad right-of-way and except that part taken for highway purposes, if any. shall be rezoned Commercial (COM) from Agriculture (AG).

Section 2. Effective Date.

This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 27th day of August, 2024.
