CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Inde pendent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools, was called to order on December 14, 2023.

All Board members were present except Mr. Tony Scales and Ms. Tonya Reasoner.

PUBLIC COMMENT AND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF EXPIRING REFERENDUM REVENUE
Superintendent Truebenbach explained that since two board members were absent, this agenda item will be moved to the January regular board meeting.

LACROSSE COOP UPDATE
Activities Director, Jared Matson, and Brad Weber, up dated the board on the Lacrosse Coop with Princeton.

APPROVE LIBERTY PARKING LOT CONCEPT DESIGN
A motion passed to approve the Liberty parking lot con cept design as presented.

FINANCIAL REPORT
A motion passed to approve the financial report and bud get revisions as presented.

APPROVE PAY 2024 PROPERTY TAX LEVY CERTIFICATION
A motion passed to approve the 2024 Levy Certification as presented.

FIRST READING OF POLICIES

ESTABLISH COMBINED POLLING PLACES RESOLUTION
