That the Clear Lake City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the flowing reason: 

A special public hearing has been scheduled for August 24, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. This public hearing is being schedule for the McDonald Family Properties, LLC they requested the partial vacation of easements only across Tracts C and D, Registered Land Survey No. 34, Sherburne County, Minnesota. This meeting will take place at City Hall located at 7684 1st Ave West.

The public is urged to attend this hearing and all persons desiring to be heard with reference to the vacation of these easements.  Written and oral arguments will be considered.  Written comments must be received in the Clerk’s office prior to hearing date.
