CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker City Council will hold their bi-monthly meeting at 5:00 p.m. on February 7th, 2023 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The City Council will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:

Approximately 5:00 p.m. – Revision of the City of Becker EDA (Economic Development Authority) Enabling Resolution, By-Laws and Related Ordinances in Section 2.47 of the City of Becker City Code.  Revisions to align all related EDA by-laws, resolutions, and ordinance with each other and statutory regulations.   

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Jacob Sanders at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to jsanders@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. February 7th, 2023.
