NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice of Special Meeting is hereby provided pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.04 Subd. 2.

The Sherburne County Board of Adjustment will hold a special Board of Adjustment Meeting at 6:00 P.M. on October 26, 2021 at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota to consider the following applications. A hearing will not begin before the time set.

HEATHER & DOUG SROKA: Requesting a 30’ variance in setback from a bluff for a septic system upgrade. Required setback from a bluff is 30’. Address: 4385 109th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Wildwood Addition Lot 5 & S ½ of Lot 6, Block 1 Sec 22, Twp 35, Rge 29 .59 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Briggs Lake.

HEATHER & DOUG SROKA: Requesting a 10’ variance in setback from the OHWL of Briggs Lake for a septic system upgrade. Required setback from a recreational development lake is 100’. Address: 4385 109th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Wildwood Addition Lot 5 & S ½ of Lot 6, Block 1 Sec 22, Twp 35, Rge 29 .59 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Briggs Lake.

HEATHER & DOUG SROKA: Requesting an 8’ variance in setback from the side property line for a septic system upgrade. Required setback from the side property line is 10’. Address: 4385 109th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Wildwood Addition Lot 5 & S ½ of Lot 6, Block 1 Sec 22, Twp 35, Rge 29 .59 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Briggs Lake.

HEATHER & DOUG SROKA: Requesting a 16’ variance in setback from an existing house for a septic system upgrade. Required setback from the house is 20’. Address: 4385 109th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Wildwood Addition Lot 5 & S ½ of Lot 6, Block 1 Sec 22, Twp 35, Rge 29 .59 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Briggs Lake.

The above hearings are open to you and any interested person, in opposition to or support of the request. The hearing of this request is not limited to those receiving copies of this notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this hearing.
