NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sherburne County Board of Adjustment will hold a Board of Adjustment Meeting at 6:00 P.M. on December 9, 2021, at the Sherburne County Government Center, 13880 Business Center Drive, Elk River, Minnesota to consider the following applications. A hearing will not begin before the time set.

Board Member Roger Johnson will be attending the meeting remotely from the following address:

Sun City West, Arizona 85375

The location is open and accessible to members of the public.

Members of the public who would like to attend the meeting remotely please contact the Planning & Zoning Office at 763-765-4450 by 3:00 P.M. on December 9, 2021, for meeting access.

TRACI THOMPSON: (Property Owner: Timothy Warren Phillips) Requesting a 60’ variance in setback from the OHWL of Rush Lake for a septic system upgrade. Required setback from a Recreational Development Lake is 100’. Address: 10749 56th St SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Cedar Point Lots 55 & 56, Block 6 Sec 27, Twp 35, Rge 29 .47 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Briggs Lake & Rush Lake.

TONY WIDMER & JAY MITTELSTAEDT: (Property Owners: Russel T & Patricia L Widmer) Requesting a 52’ variance in setback from the OHWL of Rush Lake for an addition on existing house. Required setback from the OHWL of a Recreational Development Lake is 100’. Address: 5454 114th Ave SE, Clear Lake, Mn Legal: Hi-Lo Park Lots 35 & 36 Sec 27, Twp 35, Rge 29 .65 Acres Palmer Township Agricultural District and within the Recreational Development Lakeshore District of Rush Lake.

The hearing of this request is not limited to those receiving copies of this notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this hearing.
